The sweet young girl in the front office has the best customer service ever! Very helpful in securing me a unit quickly. Went out of her way to check that I had the right size, etc etc. Very clean facility too! Five stars in my opinion!

I have storages all over been using for years. This is the worse experience I have had. Power shuts off dehumidifiers couldnt work everything mildewed. Charge increases not informed of and staff is the worst. I will never utilize again.

Although I did have a negative experience yesterday with the staff, I am editing my review to reflect 5 stars. The owner, Mr. Ward, took the time to call me, listen, apologize and say that he appreciates my business. That is good customer service. Thank you
