Nestled in downtown Fairhope with plenty of walking around things to do, this store is perfectly located. Very nicely kept store. Clean and organized. A young gentleman named Samuel helped us and couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. Great experience with service, except 1 area. The ladies in the deli area were not the friendliest. We actually felt like we were a bother instead of a customer so we won't be getting deli to go anymore. Great wine selection, see pics, and well stocked aisles and displays throughout. You can get propane and plenty of ice on hand. This is about the cleanest and most organized Greer's I've shopped. One thing I didn't understand was the time limit on parking. Sometimes it can take longer than 45 minutes if you're shopping big.

Being remodeled in the produce and dairy section. Makes it easier to shop. Everyone's helpful.

I have been in this store three times since moving here. I usually use the self-checkout but today the cashier was just standing and doing nothing so I decided to put her to work. She scanned all of my items and bagged them. The young lady didn't take the time to make sure I could reach my bags and after she noticed me reaching for my bags she ignored me. I had to ask her to push the remaining bags towards me. She had another customer who after she completed his order handed his bags to him. That was the worst customer service from cashier 0801. Throughout the store there's some of the old time stuff and years ago on top of the produce cases reminds me of in times past fair price is a little on the high side but other than that we found everything we were looking for

The Greer's Market in downtown Fairhope has that small hometown family atmosphere, with very warm and friendly employees who go the extra mile to please their customers. Their selections are Excellent in every area and way! As a blind person, I so thankful for how the employees assist me with finding the groceries I need and they remember me and my name. Their Middle Bay Deli is amazing with delicious Home Cooked and ready to eat meals! Thank you to, Ms. Gay, who is always so caring and helpful to me! Everyone is always so hospitable and kind to me!
