Absolutely adore this place. Not only is it a pharmacy but it is a great place to shop and find many different things that you normally wouldn't find in a conventional brick and mortar store or online . The ladies there are a hoot, everyone there makes you feel like family when you come and you don't have to wait longer than about 5 minutes for your prescriptions I would recommend this place to anyone they make the other commercial pharmacies like or a waste of any of my time. I'll never use anyone else but then!

I was out of town and forgot my medication. They were so nice and helpful! Gave me the 4 days worth I needed and didn't even charge me! And I wish I'd had time to shop! Adorable things there!

This is absolutely ? rating plus Pharmacy ever! The attention you get here is like having additional insurance as they are into the health and welfare needs of each and every customer! I love the employees and the genuine service they give. The store itself is so inviting with different unique items to buy for yourself, home, and/or awesome gifts for others! You must stop in and check them out for sure!

After living in Fairhope for several years, I thought the building on the corner of Section Street and Fairhope Avenue was just another boutique store in downtown. That’s half correct, but they do have a small pharmacy in the back.I was the second in line, behind an elderly woman. The pharmacist and cashier (Dawn?) were arguing with the woman that they couldn’t fill her prescription because she had refilled it somewhere else. After the woman insisted that the only place she used to fill her prescriptions was Fairhope Pharmacy, they finally called her insurance. I’m assuming they found out that the woman was correct, because they filled her prescription and she was on her way.As I have never used Fairhope Pharmacy, they understandably needed some information and my insurance card. I provided both, but was told that they needed my prescription card, that the PEEHIP card (BCBS) was only for medical. I explained that everything is included in that plan and asked that they call the number on the card if they needed confirmation. They said that I needed a card from another company, but that they would see what they could do.After more wait time, and I’m assuming a call or running my insurance card, they were able to confirm that my insurance does in fact cover prescriptions.I love the idea of shopping small businesses, but the poor customer service (that I witness and experienced) will guarantee that I do not return. I will wait for a chain to have my medication in stock before I go back to Fairhope Pharmacy.

No pharmacy I’ve ever done business with, does a better job. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’m glad they are here and will always use them!

I absolutely love Fairhope Pharmacy and all of their employees. The whole building smells amazing every time I go in there. It reminds me of Kirklands. And if I don't was rich, I wouldn't be for long because they have some of the most beautiful items and clothin. The service is fast and the employees are very kind and helpful. They are always smiling and compassionate. The pharmacist are very knowledgeable and professional. I tell everyone that asks for a good pharmacy to choose Fairhope Pharmacy.

Love this place! Have been getting my prescriptions filled here for over 2 years now. They are extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommend checking it out! They also have really cute items in the shop as well!

We moved here 3 1/2 years ago and chose Fairhope Pharmacy as our go to Pharmacy and we have never regretted our choice.The only thing missing to make it an old time Pharmacy is a soda fountain ! which I am sure they had at one time.The service here is beyond impeccable and even on bad days the employees wear a smile.None of the big box store pharmacies would know me by name now but it only took a few visits before they had my name and face stored in their memories.The Pharmacy is well managed and there is only a small wait required for most prescriptions to be filled.This is a wonderful Pharmacy in a small town and it gives off a vibe of being much older than it is, and as stated before the service is beyond reproach.I highly recommend this Pharmacy to all.

When my 92yo mother in law needed special packaging for her numerous prescriptions the next day the pharmacy she'd used for years couldn't help her. Fairhope Pharmacy could and did! I'll always be grateful to them. And we're moving our whole family's prescriptions to them.
