As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely no clue going in what was going to entail or all the ins and outs and intricacies of actually securing a mortgage and getting everything together. Tom Kalagher was incredibly helpful and didn't just bend over backwards, but I think actually performed an entire Cirque du Soleil routine to get us into our new house. He went far above and beyond anything anyone could reasonably expect.

These people are the absolute BEST!! I'm a new homeowner and had no idea what I was doing. They walked me through each step and process, as well as quelled any fears and doubts I had. When talking with financial professionals I have often had the experience of feeling like I understood the products better then they did. Not so with Mr. Kalagher. He understands the products, the choices, and the implications of different choices, and can explain them so that you do as well. It's rare to have that on the other side of the table, but shouldn't be.
