Provided a service for these guys as a local small business. They canceled service - no problem. Crazy owner lady calls me asking for a refund for the last six months. Uh, OK, you are going to have to send me a copy of the request you made from six months ago. ...It doesn't exist? Sorry maam - no can do. So you do a charge back on your credit card for as many months back as they will allow? Wow... its only 35 bucks. Must be hurting for extra Christmas money? Happy Holidays.
