If you have no other options, this is a temporary stay place. We sent our son here for about 8 weeks. 5 of those weeks KK found some reason to send him home for 72 hrs. We took him to the doctor for a check up on a Tuesday Morning, no issues. By the afternoon, your son has a cough and you need to come get him. Appears he had a cough every day that he went here. Never really had a cough at home. Our only assumption is he had a response to the bird dander in the building that made him cough.Don't worry if you have a doctor that says he is fine, they will let you know that it doesn't matter. I'm very confident they look for every excuse to send kids home. So if this is your only choice, it may be a temporary solution, although they may find a way to send your child home half the time.I did laugh the few times I went with my wife to pick our child up. As soon as we left, the owner and director would leave. Never say goodbye or wave. Wouldn't even make eye contact as they waited for us to leave so they could close the gates. Not the worst day care I've ever seen, but when it comes to finding a way to get paid for nothing, they are simply the best.

My 3 year old daughter has been attending ESKK since May and it has been a very positive experience for her and me as well! She loves going to school every day and doing all the fun themes every month and has learned so much that will help her when she starts school! They also provide breakfast, lunch, and a snack after nap which is included in the weekly fee!

I am a grandmother who cares and wants to share the experience and the amazing transition our granddaughter has had. If you are a parent who has to work during the week you will never find a daycare/after school care who has an owner that will put your child's welfare first and will love your child or grandchild as her own. Her staff /teachers are one of the most caring, loving, creative and very involved and introduce a warm and nurturing place to learn and grow. Our granddaughter as experienced ALL of this. They provide a peace of mind to all families. They protect the most important part of the school - your child and our granddaughter. Parents take the time to appreciate people who care.SuSu

My daughter started at ESKK 6 months ago and I love it! They do so many fun activities with the kids on a regular basis. Every month has its own theme with its own feature days. It makes it exciting and I'm looking forward to the days that my daughter is old enough to participate more because I see what she has to look forward to and I know she'll have a blast. At ESKK, my daughter is well cared for and if I have any concerns, Ms. Yvette, the owner, is always willing to listen to me or answer my question. She was so helpful in the first few weeks as I and my daughter transitioned to being apart from each other. I can't say enough good things. I could go on all day...

We had a great experience here. They do a ton of activities with the kids and really do love the children individually. Lylah always got a birthday present from the owner. The facility is extremely CLEAN which is greatly appreciated. I always felt like my child was in a safe clean productive environment.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not send your kids here. Management is always so rude & very unprofessional. The teachers are mean to about 95% if the kids they have. This is the worst daycare I have ever seen. Cheapest in Baldwin county but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and do not ever send your kids here.

Called to inquire about part time daycare( if they offered it) and whoever Had answered the phone cut me off mid sentence to say “we don’t do part time...). She was rude and sounded as if I was bothering her. Glad I got that out of the way up front. Just rude.

I take care of my Grandchildren and they attend this daycare. I find the place to be very nice and clean. I have dropped in on a few times during the middle of the day to check on my babies. Everything was great. Being a teacher is a hard job and the daycare teacher she is wonderful with the kids. My babies are happy and growing and learning. I would highly recommend this daycare.

Personally know the negative reviews are from disgruntled people. This school is one of the very best places for youngsters in Baldwin County!Having been educating and teaching youngsters from Toddlers to after school programs longer than most daycare programs in the community.I highly recommend this wonderful educational experience for children! If you have questions, merely ask to visit the school while in session and see the extra attentions given to each child.

One of the BEST daycares EVER! My daughter has progressed SO much in such a short short period of time due to the staff. They even had a vision test done on her, which let me know that her eye sight was not in the best of shape, she was only 20 months at the time so she had no way of telling me! When the daycare has someone coming in to run tests like this, and you make a doctor appointment, only to find out your child has some vision problems, it puts your mind at ease knowing that she is in AMAZING AND EXCELLENT hands throughout the day. I am posting today because I just received a follow up phone call from Site Savers America whom called to follow up on my daughter and her vision. Not only that but how GREAT this daycare is and how appreciative I am of every single teacher at this facility. Thank you!! Mrs Margaret, a special shout-out to you! Thanks for all you have done for Tatum!

Owner of Eastern Shore Kids Kastle is a caring, compassionate and dedicated person. Great place to leave your children.

complete disappointment and frustration is all i have for this place. I have had staff try to bully my fiance multiple times. My son has come home more often then not starving or thirsty beyond reason. They charge you even when they are closed. Even knowing the owner personally i cant give this place a positive review. They even kicked my son out as soon as they heard we were looking for another daycare with zero notice. The unprofessional nature of this business is appalling.

It's beyond me how they have stayed in business for so long. The staff is INCREDIBLY rude; I began looking for another daycare after hearing a worker yelling at a child to "CLEAN THAT UP" a few doors down from the room I was dropping my son to. My eight year old daughters ride the same bus that drops kids there for after school care... one of them told me the kids that go there hate it, say the people are really mean; and that one of the "fifth graders" that gets dropped off there hates it because he has to "watch the younger kids" when he's there. I don't know what that's all about... but thank god my son is no longer enrolled in this daycare. We were "disenrolled" (without notice) after they heard we were looking for another daycare. I was called at about noon one afternoon at my place of employment, yelled at and harrassed- went and picked up my son and was handed a VERY nasty letter (with all kinds of mispellings and other grammatical errors) by the owner that was essentially a string of insults that closed with a threat to sue me if I said anything "negative or diragatory" about my experience. Audacious stuff. I really cannot believe they have been in business for so long- I hear nothing but similar experiences. Keep shopping.
