I’ve only experienced two rude clerks in all of Fairhope, one was a CVS pharmacy technician. I honestly was shocked by her rudeness to me.

I don't usually dont leave bad reviews, but I had to call Walgreens to fully understand how poorly this pharmacy handled my situation.The rude and dismissive attitude by the techs and the pharmacist herself didn't help either. I recommend using Walgreens or Publix. Just dont get your prescription sent to this CVS.

The pharmacy at CVS Fairhope and Daphne both have terrible attitudes towards their customers. They are rude and dismissive.I went to Winn Dixie and was treated like they appreciated my business.Beware of CVS pharmacies!!

Went in there a while back to get my Moderna booster. The young woman in the pharmacy said they did not have it. I asked if she knew where I could get it and she told me to go to CVS in Mobile. I left the store. Then today, when in there looking for a particular pill box that stated online it was it stock. Went back to the pharmacy and ask a woman, when she had a moment, if they had it. She told me to find the store manager that they did not stock the items outside of the pharmacy. She could have said it much nicer. That is 2 times with rudeness. They need to learn to at least be pleasant to people. Will not go back.

For the 4th time, i was texted that my rx was ready only to get to the pharmacy to find out is was NOT. The tech, as per usual was defensive and when i sternly explained the inconvenient system glitch and how it is wrong 80% of the time.Find another pharmacy is my recommendation, I did
