Amazing place! My fiancé and I went here to search for an engagement ring and we got exactly what I wanted! The women working with us were so kind, knowledgable, and respectful of our budget and got us exactly what we needed. They were also extremely flexible communicating with my fiancé as we live in VA!

Gosh no I tired to get my ring fixed and I told her it’s from pandora and she stoped what I was saying and just call pandora and gave me some random number and hung up on me mid conversation woah great customer service

Their watch repair man only wants to work on certain watches. He told me the watch I had was destroyed by my working on it. I went home and took the back off and pushed the battery around some and it has been running for the past month. I don't like people who are too high society to help the little man. The difference between a person raised in the likeness of Bill Clinton or Michael King and General Robert E Lee is General Lee would have been willing to do what he could to help and fix the watch if possible even if it was not a rolex. My family will not be going back into that business for sure.

I would not buy my jewelry anyplace else. He is fair, well priced, incredibly knowledgeable, professional in every way, and it is fun to shop there. If he does not have it —which is rare—he will get it for you.

All I can say is that I am so happy and pleased with Brenny's, that they are still open!! They really know what southern kindness and excellence are all about! I only needed a new battery for my watch that requires a tool of a jeweler! I was so glad and pleasantly impressed with their quick service and cleaning for my watch. I would definitely recommend Brenny's to anyone!!!

Treated my wife like she wasn't good enough to shop in their store. She wanted something really nice and they kept directing her to the cheaper jewelery. She didn't get what she really wanted and would have spent much more money but wasn't given the chance. We will find somewhere else to shop.

Worst experience... Got a watch for fathers day for my husband, had an issue right of the bat with it not charging as they said it was a solar watch. Took it in and I was told it was not the solar watch she said it was, in fact it was a batter powered watch, also was told the model was different from what it was told at purchase (they gift wrapped it so I was unaware until the gift was given). Ended up paying way more than the watch is worth. They kept the tag because it was a gift so they wouldn't do anything about it. They apologized and said they would try to fix errors in the system, hope they do. Just make sure to ask for the tag and double check everything before leaving.

Mr. Brenny was highly knowledgeable and very kind. I had gone to other jewelers before but Brenny's Jewelry Co. was by far the best place I went to for choosing a ring for my fiance! He helped me choose the perfect diamond and then crafted the exact ring that I had dreamed about, all through pictures and phone calls!!The whole process was super simple, easily and made the buying experience highly pleasant. I currently live in West Palm but I had zero problems with not being in the store. I am so grateful and if anyone is looking for any type of jewelry I highly recommend Brenny's Jewelry Co, even if you are not in the area!
