At Chas Collision you pull into the parking lot and meet Chaz himself, typically in the shop actually doing the work of body repair. This is old fashioned hands-on customer service from a local guy that's done the right way from first to last.”

“Went to Lucassen Paint & Body after going to Crash Champions in Fairhope to get an estimate for my front bumper that Walmart Auto Care accidentally damaged. Crash Champions gave me a $1,100 estimate that included replacing the bumper with an aftermarket item.

I went to Lucassen to get a second opinion, and the front desk employee inspected it, said it wasn't broken, and realigned the bumper in the parking lot with basic hand tools in 10 minutes, and it looked good as new.
