I'm disappointed, candle. Scent has a faint smell it was lit and now on a warmer. I purchased Fairhope Diva and Merlot.

I already liked this store and have a favorite scent "weekend at the river." Since we no longer reside in Fairhope, I have ordered online. The new owner, Erin, was so gracious when there was a glitch in my last online order. Now I like this store even more!

Love Bay Candle and all the people who work there. They are always so friendly and helpful. The products they make are fantastic too. They also carry a beautiful selection of containers for the candles. We always stop here on the way to the beach. ❤️

So apparently, at Christmastime this is what is to be expected if you have Bay Candle refill your candles. All 3 were brought in at the same time. As we were waiting, the lady in front of us asked if they clean the containers before refilling. She was told an emphatic YES. Well, we didn't get the same customer service. The candles were returned to us with all the black soot still there. The candles are not even filled up at the same level. Tony called today, and was told it is Christmas & they are too busy to pay attention to quality control... so much that the owner said she now has a sign in the door saying so. I am in complete shock that ANY store owner would be ok with an item looking like would leave their store. So yes, as you condescendingly stated, your product did not live up to our expectations! This wasn't our 1st time buying from them.... but it will damn sure be the last.
