Had some work done here the whole shop was great! They found the actual problem and repaired it they never once tried selling me on expensive parts or repairs and they could have become I was positive my pump was bad but not the case and they repaired for a fraction of what I thought I'd be in for! Also told me or my son who's vehicle it was to call or come straight in if there was any problem after they had it you can't ask for more out of a shop knowledgeable honest and stands behind their work! The only negative I can note is their busy!! Very busy! You might not get right in or get an answer right away but it's worth the time for their service!

I am a novice with mechanics. The mechanics and staff at B & T have integrity, ethics and know what they are doing. I was treated fairly and my car was fixed quickly and the cost was very fair. I will go back to them anytime my car needs mechanic work.

Horrible service said they would get to it the next day truck sat there for two weeksget it back open hood left engine cover off laying there. then two weeks later compressor locks up again take it back week and half later get it back two days later goes out again $1,500 in the hole cause he uses cheap ebay parts not quality workService: A/C installation & repair

Broke down on 65 in the afternoon, called around to get a place where I could get my car towed to for a diagnostic and possibly service. Was around 4pm, looking at the closing times of all the other places I decided to check B&T out (closed at 7pm). Gave them a call, Tim answered, I explained my situation. Was waiting on a tow going to get there as soon as possible, I was a little over an hour away. Well it was 7:15 when we arrived, they closed at 7! They took the time to look at my car, drove it with me to help diagnose, then gave me an extremely fair quote!!! Some of the best mechanics I have ever met! Took extra time out of their personal life to help a stranger with a car problem… Not only did they help me, but a regular called and asked them if they were still there, obviously they had been looking at my car and told them to come on in! It was an hour past the posted close time. They have my business for life, very honest, Fair, and overall good people!Services: Engine repair
