“A great experience at a terrific auto body shop. Chas scheduled my 2019 Subaru Outback for a front bumper replacement within days of the accident and returned my car on time for exactly the price quoted. He and Anthony also did a great communicating updates on the job and its completion. You pull into most body shops and the first person you meet is the estimator - the salesman. At Chas Collision you pull into the parking lot and meet Chaz himself, typically in the shop actually doing the work of body repair. This is old fashioned hands-on customer service from a local guy that's done the right way from first to last.”
“Went to Lucassen Paint & Body after going to Crash Champions in Fairhope to get an estimate for my front bumper that Walmart Auto Care accidentally damaged. Crash Champions gave me a $1,100 estimate that included replacing the bumper with an aftermarket item.
I went to Lucassen to get a second opinion, and the front desk employee inspected it, said it wasn't broken, and realigned the bumper in the parking lot with basic hand tools in 10 minutes, and it looked good as new.
I begged him to let me pay him for his time because he saved me a lot of time and money, and he told me that he wouldn't charge me anything, which was awesome.
If I ever need any bodywork in the future, I'm returning to Lucassen because they won't spend more time writing up an estimate and will actually inspect the damage.”
“I just wanted to brag on Pres and Delwin from store 4676 in Fairhope, AL. We were on our anniversary trip and had a dead battery at 8pm. We were able to get it jumped and to O’Reilly’s, but it was close to 8:30 by the time we got there, and they closed at 9. I felt bad asking them to change out a battery so close to closing, but they didn’t mind at all. Awesome customer service and great guys!”
