“I happened across this wonderful shop while strolling the Art Walk in Fairhope, AL. This place intrigued and pleased me and I purchased a couple items. Unfortunately, the items did not work for me, so I called Sunday morning to find out about a return. I was only calling to find out hours and did not leave a message. I was so very impressed when I received a return phone call later that day as my number was on caller ID. What fantastic customer service! They simply called to offer assistance...on their day off.
