We have used Animal Wellness for several years now. Dr. Biles has taken phenomenal care of our two dogs. He always remembers them by name without even seeing us and remembers all of their details and needs. We live out of state temporarily and called Dr. Biles with some questions and concerns and he was extremely helpful and so kind to give us a call to help from afar. We love every staff member at this vet office and highly suggest them. They are courteous, professional, and so caring to our fur babies.

After being a satisfied customer for two years, I was not allowed to be in the room with my dog. I left the practice that day quite upset. That had never happened before. I found another veterinarian that is fine with allowing me to be in the room. Today I received a letter dismissing my dog as a patient that came certified. Please beware of not being allowed in the room with your pet. The one time I did allow my dog to be unattended, the doctor performed an xray that was unnecessary and was not asked my permission.

Was easy and vet helped us work through options for pet allergies without just pushing one product. I thought the visit was affordable for what we received.

Dr. Biles is the most disrespectful vet and the worst bedside manner. The staff is no better. I don’t recommend them at all if you truly care about your animal. I have never been so disgusted with a professional setting than this. All they care about is the dollar and that’s extremely sad and disappointing. I will never recommend them to anyone.

We love Dr. Powe, Dr. Biles and everyone at AWC! They always provide the best care for our pets, and go above and beyond every single time. I’m always confident that my pets are getting the best care possible and are handled with compassion. Staff and vet techs are all helpful and friendly. We wouldn’t go anywhere on else!
