Forgot about the 30 days written notice requirement. I understand wanting some warning, but over 3 weeks, 24 days I do believe, and you still charge full price the next month? Let me find out you already have the unit rented and are charging twice for the same space taking advantage of the 81 year old who doesn't use the electronic communication you all but require to give notice considering at least 4 days if not 5 or 6 prior (making 30) you were not even in the office because of a holiday.

It is a large clean facility, The person on duty was very nice and helpful. Prices were reasonable. Would recommend.

My credit card expired and I thought I was late I was worried but they reassured me that no matter what they would definitely get in touch with me before I would lose my spot. Thank you!!! I really appreciate that!!! To know that my stuff is and a very clean storage area and I looked around and couldn't beat the price!!!

This facility is brand new and clean! All units are a/c. GREAT location on Hwy. 181 in Fairhope.
