The bank in Fairfield has been closed for almost 3 months with no communication on a reopen date. The web site says it is opened today 2/1 but it is not, it is still closed. A total disservice to our black community.

I stayed on the phone over 30 minutes before a banker answered trying to get an appointment. I was told then call the 800 number to make the appointment another 20 minutes. Only to be told again there are no appointments. I told him the banker at the location said he had a cancellation and to call the 800 number to make the reservation he said let him call to verify then comes back on the phone to say they didnt answer. This is horrible. I have important business but can never see or talk to a banker to resolve. I understand the Covid situation but this is totally ridiculous.

I was entering the drive up atm for the last couple of weeks they had caution tape wrap around the drive-up atm,today I saw that it was removed,so I proceeded to the drive-up atm I went to turn because i saw no caution tape and by the time I turn they had this skinny iron pole with this little concrete block right in front of the lane,I did not see it until I turned trying to get to the drive-thru,so i hit it,and damage my car,this should be address so no one else have to go through this.

Will Someone From Wells Fargo Home Office Please Send a DM or RM out to Fairfield Branch.
I went into the Fairfield Branch on 09/11/17.
I introduced myself to Ms. Stephanie Money. I told her I had two purposes for stopping by the Fairfield Branch . . . .
(1) to see if I could transfer funds from a corporate bank card to my Wells Fargo Acct.;
(2) to have Ms.Money to verify my identity. I handed her a letter mailed to my home from Wells Fargo and I handed her 3 forms of i.d.. She didn't log my requests in the computer.
So unprofessional and not business oriented.
Time to switch over to PNC or BBVA Compass. ???
