They went out of their way when I moved in to let me know the office hours and if I needed anything they were there, being a female and having a storage unit by yourself isn’t always the safest feeling so that was so appreciated. I found myself at the desk of James, the manager.I explained the situation I was in. Talk about service to ensure everything fit into my budget while ensuring everything was 100% legit.James is one hell of customer service warrior. He was never condescending (a big fear and unfortunately, a very common occurrence). Professional, timely, efficient, courteous.Now, I just found this in my "unpublished drafts" folder... 3 months later.So let me tell you the real rundown..Management and staff: attentive and professional.Cleanliness of grounds: ALWAYS 100% inside and out.Accessible Time: generous until 10pm.*****My only complaint (yes, I had to dig to find something to complain about)... the only public bathroom...Street Entrance (floor 2) tucked away and hidden. But since I enter Freight Entrance (floor 3) on the other side of the building...Sometimes it's a mad dash to keep from pissing myself. (I thought it was worth a shot to ask for a 2nd bath, but I know it won't happen).And btw, it's always neat clean and supplied.”
