Very rude staff they treat you like your almost in jail the detox is horrible you can detox at home easier than Pearson Hall they command you to do things that don't need to be done!! Worst detox and rehab I've heard of in Alabama!!

This detox facility needs to fire their entire staff and start over. The facility was filthy and operated like a jail. I wouldn't recommend this detox to anyone.
