I don’t feel comfortable having my identification scanned.It would be different if the location was consistent, but they aren’t. Seems to be a personal choice vs. policy, whether or not they scan your ID, or enter your birthday. Seems like some employees are miserable and enjoy being in control.Most employees have been nice but can also flip a switch in a heartbeat. Never any real relationship building, like you have in normal locations where you’re a regular customer.Gas is always cheap but rude employees not worth it.I have also been told “white people like you made it this way”Wow.I will never return.The employees also lie and say that it is Alabama law that they scan your ID, yet nowhere else does this and even they, themselves have not done this several times. Someone please show me that law!Even other Murphy locations down the road don’t scan your ID.Not even trying to be paranoid, but you never know where your information can end up. How many companies have data breaches, yet “Becky”, the cashier assures me that they won’t do anything with my information.Also, I have purchased one drink and it was a rotten, expired coconut water.I will be patronizing any Murphy’s but this one.It was the blatant lies from the employees for me.

I stopped here to get some gasoline for the week! It’s one of my quick stops places. The environment is usually quiet and clean outside. It’s a short line to pay the cashier, but it moved quickly. The cashier who rang me up was friendly. I returned to my car, pumped my gas and wanted to cry(Gas Is So High)! But, instead I was Thankful bc I had the money to get the gas! Murphy’s gas was at a reasonable price & I’ve never had any car problems after getting gas from here!HAPPY FILL UP!

Cashier refused to sell me a carton of cigarettes (10 packs) need mind you there was at least 50 packs in the bin!! Stating she was not selling cartons today because she didn't want to run out. I thought Murphy USA was in business to sell products and not hold on to them ? I will not be returning to this location because there is always some kind of problem

I go here all the time and get cigarettes and never get carded until tonight and I just got my license renewed online and the cashier refused to take it. It is a state issued ID. They just lost our business and corporate office will be getting a call
