Reasonable price.i found out they do curb pick up and they do recycle for me I've been buying tools lawn movers drills saws Sanders wrench sets. MY husband has all the tools he need I still go to home depot and buy other thing's from there.for him and myself. Check them out summer isn't over yet for your home improvement they have what you need.”

Santiago showed me to some items within my price range and Miguel searched around for my railings to ensure they could deliver what I needed! It was successful! And on top of that, my items are being delivered and set up SAME DAY! I’m so grateful and ecstatic for what they have done! Definitely shopping again!”

“Came in just to look. Been needing a new couch and like to see what's on sale with the Black Friday sale up and coming. The gentleman inside is super sweet and let us walk around the shop freely. Everything inside was lovely. They offer so many beautiful pieces of furniture and artwork. Located on the north side of Birmingham, right across the street from the Alabama theater. Seems a lot of people might stroll right past this place and not pay it any mind. But honestly, if you are looking for new furniture for your house or apartment, I highly suggest coming in.”

Nice customer service as they were willing to offer assistance but backed off when we wanted to browse. A staff member actually helped me combine some of my material by using a combination kit which saved a few dollars and gave me some extra spares. “The thing I like most about Badcock Furniture is the insurance coverage they provide. The insurance covers damage within 3 years to include if I damage the piece. They will review the damage to see if repair or replacement is necessary. Then, if I don't need to use the insurance in three years, the money I paid for the insurance comes back to me in the form of in store credit. What a great way to encourage repeat business. I also like that the furniture I received seems to be of higher quality than the discount places I usually shop. Quality in the form of materials used and stitching, the little details that make it feel a little more of an upgrade without the upgrade price. We're at a stage of life and have moved around with furniture as old as the teenagers, so it's nice to find new furniture that will last and give new life to our home.”

“Store 0881 the experience I had at this store is something to brag about. I saw on their online site that they carried this certain item, so I drove there to purchase it. I get there and asked a worker what I was looking for and showed him the picture on their site, he told me I had to order it and have it shipped. I left and as I was walking to my car, I saw another worker, who turned out to be a manager, we walked back in the store and looked up the product I was searching for. Well they had plenty in stock. Damion was the manager who helped means doe my troubles he gave me 10 bucks off the price.I get to the register to check out told the cashier what Damion said and she didn't question me not once. That Cashier's name was Alissa very polite lady. Had a nice conversation with me. Before I could finish my transaction Damion walked up to make sure I was properly taking care of.”
