Rented an electric car in Pensacola to drive to Atlanta. On the way back from Atlanta the battery died with no charging station in site. D and D towed us from Castleberry to Pensacola. Great customer service. Great convo on the ride. Highly recommend.

This kind-hearted gentleman came to the rescue of a friend and I late last night on the side of the interstate. We were stranded on the highway, an hour and a half away from home, unable to reach anyone for help. Thankfully, this guardian angel stopped to assist us, towing us to his shop, fixing our tire, and sending us on our way without charging us. We are immensely grateful for his compassion and for saving us from being stranded. Thank you.

On our way home from vacation our car system indicated a low tire so we were searching for a place to have it checked. D&D had the best google rating so we passed other, closer shops. We were not disappointed! So nice, professional, and prompt. They couldn’t find a leak so they wouldn’t charge us. We were quickly back on the road home. Such a blessing. Thoughts of spending hours waiting to get help quickly disappeared.

My husband and I were traveling from NC to Mobile and my truck began making an awful sound from the front end that was progressively getting worse. As soon as daylight came and the shops opened, we pulled into two garages. One turned us away and D&D was not that one. We narrowed down our issue before we pulled in, but since we were traveling we did not have the tools to fix it. Their mechanic stopped what he was doing to help us. Confirmed we were correct about the sway bar link needing tightened after a level install and fixed it for us. Now granted it only took about 1/2 turn to stop the noise and maybe 2 minutes but we offered payment because his time was valuable and he refused. We rode around and found breakfast for him and the other mechanics as a thank you. I did not get the young man’s name but THANK YOU for helping us and making the remainder of our trip much more peaceful.

We were broken down on our way home to Texas. The mechanic came to the motel we were stuck at, ran a diagnostic test and helped us get home. So kind. So helpful. Forever grateful for his help.

Let me start off by saying I have lived in several states big and small towns and experienced LIFE far more then others around here and also having found many “mechanics” who are true to their word - but since moving here I seriously have lost my mind trying to find a true and knowledgeable person to service anything other then a tire. We currently live on the edge of Monroeville & it seems no one in this town is ever open or knowledgeable in automotive repair except tire repair as stated before. My Jeep sat at the Chevy dealership for 4 days NEVER looked at by a “mechanic” I was told they really don’t work on anything outside of Chevy after I finally called to find out why my Jeep had been sitting in the same spot going on day 4.Called others around who were closed until the 1st of the year or to busy. Took it to the Ford dealership where it was looked at and diagnosed to have a rusted flex pipe BUUUUT they couldn’t fix it, but again they were kind enough to atleast look and inform me of the problem. The Jeep dealership in Greenville and Brewton wouldn’t repair unless the entire unit was replaced with an estimate of over $1200!!!Called D & D on a whim - super easy to talk with told me to bring it over and he would look at it. So my husband took the jeep for him to look at, ordered the part, waited over Christmas weekend - had my Jeep repaired and even plugged a tire for less then $200 and under an hour! I couldn’t have been happier to no longer be driving around with it sounding like a boat motor. I cannot say how much I appreciate him for his honesty and doing what others were to lazy or completely having no knowledge on what to do. Completely worth the drive there and we will continue to go to him before any other place going forward. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Only used the towing services but it was great. The owner was very respectful and courteous toward us. Our truck transmission went out in the middle of the road Saturday morning and he came to the rescue.

We were on our way to the beach from Georgia and our car started running extremely rough on the Interstate and the check engine light was flashing. After some quick research we called D & D and they took care of us right away. We had a bad #3 spark plug ignition pack which they were able to order and have in place in 30 minutes. I cannot express how grateful and relieved we were to be able to continue our trip within the hour. These guys were friendly (even to a GA Bulldog in Alabama!), honest and reasonable in price. If you are ever in the Evergreen area and need any auto related service, you cannot go wrong with this operation. My deepest thanks and appreciation!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

3 friends from out of town were meeting in Evergreen. My friends car was having issues. A lady at McDonald’s suggested D & D. She called and they said bring it over. In less than 2 hours they worked her in, evaluated the problem, made recommendations and did not even charge her. Everyone was so nice and professional. Evergreen you have a treasure in D&D Automotive!
