I have read the dismal reviews of Walgreens pharmacy and don’t doubt they are accurate. But today I called checking on my prescription which was not ready ,but they called me when it was ready. I went immediately to fetch it and was first in line at the drive through. A very pleasant girl gave it to me and I was home in 10 minutes.

This is a great store overall…however ? a little more leadership in the pharmacy would be beneficial. It took 40 minutes for me to receive a 5 second Covid vaccination print out! PUT PEOPLE WHERE THEY THRIVE!! Everyone does not need to work the front end! Thanks to Sequoya Williams, Tamekia Calloway and a few other hard working employees for their commitment to helping this store run more smoothly!

Extremely rude inept pharmacy, play games, and robo call but fail to fill prescriptions. Told me to go somewhere else. After my scripts are finished, i will.

This is the worse pharmacy, if I could rate it 0, I would! We are over 10 miles away, once again a medication was not ready when we were told it would be. Consistently happens. We know that Winn Dixie dumped their pharmacy clients to Walgreen's. But truth be told, Walgreen's was messing up beforehand! If you call, get ready to hold, if you walk-in, be sure you can stand in long line, if you try their drive thru, God help you. Please call Walgreen's Customer Service if you are having problems. That's the only way changes will be made. We need decent pharmacy services, specially if you're under Tri-care.

We were traveling through when I got sick. I went to the urgent care and they sent the prescription to Walgreens as it was a well known pharmacy. My frustrations started out waiting in the drive thru over 30 minutes for them to close for lunch while still in line. After waiting for them to return I was told they never received the script. Called the doctor who confirmed she had sent it over. Tried calling to confirm receipt and couldn’t get through with a wait of more than 3 callers ahead of me for again over 30 minutes.

I had an issue with pending transactions on a new Walgreens credit card and the manager was so kind, helpful, courteous and helped figure out what to do right away!!

Super long wait for 87 year old mom meds from 9:15 a.m. until 4:40 to find out her insurance didn’t cover it and no one called to explain that and she needed it badly! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I don't think the staff that work at this location like their job very much. This location kinda reminds me of the ROSS or Rose's of Walgreens, meaning they don't really stock high quality brands and items anymore.

Just silly for a major pharmacy to close early on Saturday and don't open on Sunday, I'm going back to rite aid and will never use Walgreens for anything else.

Stopped by for a drive thru rapid Covid test on our way to the airport, the staff were very helpful and efficient. We got the results in under 2 hours. Great service

The Pharmacist is very rude not just to customers but other employees as well. I’ve never saw this man in Walgreens and I shop there all the time. He act’s like he doesn’t have time to help anyone!!!!

The Check out people are rude and could care less about waiting on the customer They are more interested in gossiping with one another. I had to listen to gossip about somebody's " baby daddy" while I was trying to check out. She never acknowledged me, but kept talking to her co-worker. She actually handed me my receipt with her head turned talking and just dropped it on the counter bf I could reach for it. Not a thank you, kiss my foot, or anything. This isn't the first time this has happened, it's the normal routine at this store. Whomever manages this store should be fired. And new people hired. It's a shame that this is what things have come to. It's this way everywhere: fast food joints, grocery stores, etc. Employees who have no manners and no proper respect for the customer. It's a shame.

The pharmacy workers(most) are clueless on customer service. They are always u set staffed so be ready to wait in line.
