Office lady was very rude and unprofessional. Charged 6 days storage when vehicle was there for 3. Cut the battery cable to my bike instead of undoing battery. Bike was layed on ground instead of set up on kick stand. No respect for the customer at all!! Who ever the lady is in office needs to be fired! Horrible experience. Highly recommend another towing company !!!!!!!!Service: Motorcycle towing

We took a turn too sharply and our 24,000 lb 5th wheel got stuck. wheels in a hole.William came out and spent a lot of time prepping and rearranging the lift. eventually picked up that side and put back on the road. easy as pie. no trouble. a lot of care and thought. Office woman is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to speak to or treat customers. She needs to learn business skills. Or be fired. Makes the whole business look bad.
