Nicole was a very helpful teller today in Eufaula. She was very patient with each customer transaction. She was the only one at the counter and the line was out the door, but when I had my turn she was efficient and polite. Five stars for her!

People inside are really great here in Eufaula, but the institution of PNC itself is lacking. Have been trying to send a wire transfer for a week with no luck. Online system doesn't match with the bankers in bank system. Won't work on app. Very poorly designed. Currently on 28 minute hold over the phone. Day 8. Finding new bank :)

The best bank I have ever delt with. Had a wells fargo account but I closed it do to their lacking on everything. I was part of the Wells Fargo lawsuit

Can't get my phone number changed. Have been calling 6/5/18. It's been 10 days. Same results. No phone number change. Can't update information because account still has old phone number in which I can't verify because the number belongs to someone else. UGH. Gonna drive 1 1/2 and close my account.

No wonder why it's expensive to use my ATM card at places. Your and other banks excessive and unnecessary gross profits on simple transactions make it expensive for others to engage in simple commerce.
