The car wash is fine, but if you are going to have a membership only line, that is what it needs to be. Every time I go there are multiple cars in the wrong line. Maybe a sign before you split lanes would helpful.

It was a nice car wash but the guy on the loading area had headphones in and I don’t think that’s allowed

Not terrible but quite often have to get them to run vehicle back through. System is not good at removing red clay.
