Once again, I have to HOLD SOME ONES HAND ,If I want a pharmacy RX filled correctly on the 1st try. It was hand carried in the store by wife, but the tech.that attempted to fill it was under trained and got the medication wrong. IE: filled with the inhalation solution/ instead of the Inhaler and thus made the mistake. Before you start. The tech was told to check if they had a RX current on the RX listed. And wife was told 6 available. Well if the TRAINED Tech had looked at the whole thing and found a expired Rx and noted that. It could have been fixed in a day and not required 2 trips an an additional 3 day waiting period.

Idk who the woman was that answered the phone in the pharmacy but she was not very nice. I called about a prescription I had to pick up that was very expensive and at first she said" we don't even have anything ready for you"...then she said" wait I see it"...then she yelled to someone else in the pharmacy outloud asking if there was a generic for it,...she then said to me" your prescription is the generic" and just basically hung up the phone. She sounded very bothered and like she didn't want to deal with me or my question. Sorry lady that you have to work on a Saturday but that is not my fault. Geez.

This Walgreens has the rudest pharmacy staff imaginable with the exception of maybe two individuals. I waited over a hour for a prescription (that was called in days ago) and store items I had already paid for in the app. Arrived at the store and was told to proceed to the pharmacy to pickup which I did. Although I’d received a notification that my rx was ready they had to fill it again cause they couldn’t find my first one. Then I was going to be charged again for it. Reminded them I paid for it along with my store items via the app and showed the email confirmation as well as the pending transaction on my account. While waiting a tech closed the pick up window with other customers standing there who were there for a while already. She told them they didn’t have enough people after 7 so the window is closed and they’d have to go through the drive-thru. She acted towards me and everyone else as if they’re problems she doesn’t want to deal with. The store manager advised that I pay again for my Rx which I refused to do since there is already a pending charge. They were unable to complete my order due to their labels they printed didn’t have the needed QR codes to close out the order. They were also unable to cancel the order nor was I able to do so via the app. I was not allowed to leave with any of my items because the transaction is pending. Sooo no meds no items I did purchase. I’m no expert but in order for a pending charge to drop wouldn’t it require a cancellation or adjustment on their end? How is it going to drop off without either an offsetting credit or order cancellation?? I can’t be refunded because the order wasn’t “completed” and it can’t be cancelled because it says it’s pending pick up. I was then told it would drop off in 24 hours….again same scenario. So since the order can’t be completed or cancelled walgreens auto cancels after what 3-7 days? Either way it’s more than 24 hours. Please enlighten me cause I can’t deal with the lack of customer service and do not offer to add prescriptions to orders with store items if your system isn’t equipped to process properly.

Absolutely by far the worst pharmacy I've had to use. I will be taking my prescriptions and money elsewhere very soon. They never answer the phone at the pharmacy and on a rare occasion you can get through to ring the pharmacy you get hung up on. I've had several issues with my prescriptions with them and I'm constantly having to have the same problems fixed. Not all of the staff are rube but there are a few pharmacy staff that are very rude to their paying customers. There are better options out there.

I can't even give them 1 star but you have to give at least one to post I received text meds on back order after couple days still no meds trued calling no answer couple days later I waited on phone for over an hour started ringing then was hung up on called again on hold for 45 minutes finally someone answered was told medicine was in stock but prescription was canceled that wasn't the message I got initially call doctors office they straighten it out Walgreens got my medicine ready went today waited in line for 25 minutes for them to stick the outer lunch line up in front of me you can definitely tell they get paid by the hour they don't move very fast unless it's lunchtime.

Walgreens...particularly their pharmacy at this location is a total nightmare. They lose prescriptions, give prescriptions out to the wrong people. They cannot seem to pick up the phone. It takes every employee to work on filling or finding where they put one prescription. Unfortunately, I am not exaggerating. If you want to punish someone fill their prescription here. I'd rather go have a root canal.

It's on my plan and my prescriptions are filled. The problem is, they constantly auto refill, no matter how often I tell them I'll call it in when I need it filled. Once someone Walgreens called me and began speaking didacticly about how I need to initiate the procurement of a prescription I was not filling. They make robocalls which I refuse because I am not able to ask a question and already know the content of the message. This has all left me with feelings of antipathy. They never answer the phone without a very long wait and sometimes I have to call the store in Dothan, which does answer quickly in person. I assume this is the reason for the auto refills and robocalls?Take this review with a grain of salt, as my complainants rest on what may be a paradigm shift in the meaning of personal service.I would not rate th them one star, as they do fill my prescriptions. I would find them at least average, if I had a better affinity with techno-modern modes of service and it would be serendipity if my review was met with viable and pragmatic alternatives.

Slowest pharmacy in town! It’s just as bad inside as outside. I switched to Bryans and no more waiting!

Recently switched from Walmart. Convenience of drive in mostly. Walmart at least kept medication in stock. This place never has what I need. They filled half of my son’s medicine because it was all they had. I had to wait over a week for more. Not impressed. Walmart is a better pharmacy and that is sad. lol

I've been using Walgreens since moving to Enterprise almost 5 year ago, and up until recently I haven't had any issues. My main issue is for some reason I cannot seem to get my niece's acid reflux refilled here. They keep telling me that it isn't covered by insurance, even though insurance covered it when I originally had it filled at a different pharmacy. My niece physically cannot eat without this medication. This past time it was sent in for a month supply and they only filled it for 25 days, so there are 5 days my niece will not be able to eat. My second issue is attempting to call them. I am on my second attempt currently. The first time I was on hold for 35 minutes and was hung up on. Now I have been waiting for over an hour to speak with someone. I was on hold for 40 minutes when the automated message changed and stated the pharmacist was on a meal break. Which is fine I've waited this long what's 30 more minutes, except when this changed it stated 1 person ahead of me, and now it's saying "more than 3"? HOW? I typically don't do these things, but my niece cannot eat without this, and we are already working on getting her weight up from health issues. I am livid.

I recommend if anyone and I mean anyone has time to waste at this pharmacy, come here. It took over 30 minutes to get prescriptions picked up and isles are filled with people just for the pharmacy. It's a joke of one, an old lady cut in front of about 10 people and nobody really cared. People chatted with the pharmacists for 20-30 minutes and the drive-thru is just as bad. Walgreens has definitely gone downhill and it's sad to see barely any workers in the store. In fact, one worker worked both the front counter and the pharmacy back and forth due to the lack of workers. Sad to see what has happened to this place.
