I love this store I stop at it at least 5 times a day and all the workers are very nice and friendly but ide have to say my favorite workers there Is mckayla she is always very nice and knows exactly what I get everyday I come here

Mykayla and Keyona are awesome! I go every morning for coffee. They always greet with a smile and acknowledge your entrance . They keep the coffee station clean, stocked and the coffee always fresh. Love these ladies!

I've been stopping by a couple times a week now and it has become obvious which employees care at all about their job and which ones don't. The condition of the store from day to day suffers depending on who is opening. It becomes the difference if there will or will not be coffee cups refilled and whether or not the counters have been cleaned or floors swept. This store is in a prime spot coming from and going to town and could be so much better than it is. Simple things like cleaning up the parking lot at close and first thing in the morning, ensuring trash is emptied daily. Having employees come in early enough to ensure everything is ready for opening and proper handoffs between closing and opening. This store would do well to hold their employees to a higher standard and if they don't show a desire to do better then replace them with people that do.

I came in this morning and was greeted by a fantastic employee named Taylor he was so enthusiastic, I was in a bad mood but his smile was welcoming and he double bagged my drinks without asking?you guys definitely need more employees like Taylor he really made me feel like I was more than just a random customer

One of the employees sold me the wrong tobacco product, admitted it was her mistake and refused to give me a refund or exchange. Told me to come back and talk to a manager so I did. That's when I met the crack head manager named Asha? She reenforces the no refund or exchange policy that never existed before today or at least was never enforced and then proceeded to strip her top off and square up with me when the argument got heated. After she realizes she isn't intimidating me she just proceeds to yell like an idiot. Tried to call district office but still waiting on a response.

The lady wanted to charge me $20dlls for a 12pack of modelos, I handed her the money and I waited for a few seconds and she told me -You want the change?- , of course I want my change then she basically trowed me the change. I didn't like that. I don't like this kind of people who work at stores with a bad attitude.April 14 2023 around 1:18-1:20pm
