Y’all! I don’t even know where to begin. I arrived at 0900. Shortly after a lone employee shows up. After explaining it would take 3-4 hours for a detailing he asks am I going to wait. I said I’d call and get someone to pick me up. And he assumes I have someone within minutes to do so. It’s 42 degrees out and this dude locks my car and takes my keys and says he will be back in 15 because he needs to go pick up another employee. HE DID NOT OPEN THE OFFICE. And so I wait. Because I don’t have anyone close to come get me. And wait. It’s now 0930 and I’m still outside with my red steadily rising. Needless to say when homie gets back and if I’m not a popsicle by then I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

This place has dishonest workers who steal stuff out of your car and do NOTHING about it. I took my wife's van there yesterday 10/11/19 and I even helped them by taking everything that was to be thrown away...on the floor and everything that was not to be thrown away...on the seat. I cleaned out that little space on the bottom of the door and I saw my pair of government issued handcuffs I use for work as I work in law enforcement. They had fallen out of my duty belt from earlier that morning so I put them in that space on the door and I told them not to throw away or touch anything else not on the floor or on the seat. They went on to clean the van and run it through the wash. This place is also highly UNDER maintained as the spinning rotors in the car wash dont even work. Your car just goes through the car wash with just water being sprayed on it because nothing else works. Yes, they wipe the windows inside and out, but the rag must've had hints of oil or something because all windows had those mad streaks. Anyways, attempting to have them correct it without avail, I said it was fine as I was cutting it close to go to work. As I got in the van, I looked in the space at the bottom of the door and the handcuffs were gone! I spoke to everyone who I saw had their hands on the van and all denied ever seeing them. I ended up calling Enterprise PD to file a report so I can have a new set issued to me. Please dont waste your money on this run down place that overcharges you to run your vehicle through a machine that doesn't even work and steal your crap in the process. Highly disappointed!

WORST PLACE EVER....!!!!! SLOWER THAN TURTLES OR SLOTHS....! Came in at 1:25 PM... It took them 50 minutes to START VACUUMING MY CAR. At 2:55 (1.5 Hours) I had to get car out of line and go get Granddaughter @ School... came right back and was told that they were closed... I had already paid &35 (included tip) so I drove right past him... he ran back screaming at me... The manager told him I had already paid and that I had to leave, so I was good to go... Got my car back in line, and have now waited another 50 minutes... CAR STILL HAS NOT BEEN washed...! If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 10, I would...!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT WHAT IT WAS... Under new management, new name, Pristine Car Wash )Used to be Splash and Dash...! AWFUL... NEVER COMING BACK... suggest you don't either...!!!!!!!!!

Customers Beware: this place will damage your car. Currently known as "Pristine Car Wash" at the same address as Splash N' Dash. Took my wife's Volvo in to get a much needed cleaning to remove the love bugs and other filth from the car. I normally do this myself, but with the high heat, I opted to give this place a try to save some time and sweat. Big mistake! Although they did a decent job with love bug removal, I had to go behind them later to finish the job. Likewise, whatever they used to clean the interior left sticky, cloudy streaks on the driver console. The real reason for the low rating however, is that they used something that left one of our headlights with heavy scratches, crazing, and pits. Returned a day later to seek some sort of compensation, hoping to get a refund on the $29 service ( keep in mind that a new headlight assembly for the car costs well over $600). The on-site manager was a friendly and courteous older gentleman. He inquired with the owner, who apparently didn't feel that we were owed anything. I will never bring business to Pristine Car Wash and caution everyone to avoid this place unless you are really desperate or do not car if your car gets damaged.

Definitely loved it before they changed ownership. I'm not sure if they kept the same name or not. I had been getting my truck cleaned there for years when I was in the area. They even started a rewards program as well!!

Shady people. Did a good job on my car. Loaned me an Escalade that broke down. Had asked if I can pay half of $1600!

I've never wrote a bad review but I guess there's a first for everything. For 29 dollars I was expecting a decent wash and vacuuming but I was sorely mistaken. The inside was half vacuumed, the rims still had numerous areas still caked with brakedust, the tires were shined wet or something so it's very spotty, windows are still dirty and the list goes on. I'm not looking for a full detail but for 29 dollars you'd expect some care or initiative out into it. This place is in need of some good work ethic. I'm not telling you to not give them business but I will say this, if you care about your car and its appearance I wouldn't recommend this place.

It's a basic wash . Not a bad wash but your not paying for “true†detail work. There's no way they can do a true detail for $29 and make good money. People are reviewing the crown jewel like it's a $300 detail and it's not.

Love this place. I've taken my vehicles here 3 different times for the $30 deal and they have done a fantastic job every time. Once, the dog hair was so bad, I thought we'd be turned away, but they got it out and smelling fresh! They even get all the bugs off the front. :)

I drove my car into this place after driving the 6,000 miles from Alaska. It was caked with mud, road grime, bugs, you name it. I didn't wash it once the entire trip. Took it here and for $70 bucks the car looks new and waxed. It's not perfect, but it's also not a day long full detail. For 45 min worth of work, very satisfied.
