They delivered my car but had a detached rocker bottom panel, and chipped paint job on an aftermarket hood. Tyson, the sales rep, said he’d send me my part and connect me with the dealerships paint man, but never did. I contacted the manager who put me in contact with Tyson again, then ended being ignored. I recommend not letting this dealership deliver a vehicle to you.

I had a scheduling issue with my initial appointment, but I was contacted by Derick, service manager, the very same day. He went above and beyond to get my car in for repair, even offered to come get my vehicle. He was willing to do whatever I needed, to let me know my initial issue was not the typical way they treat their customers. He made me feel that customer service was a top priority for them.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here! I bought a brand new vehicle from another dealership and I was miserable! I left Sam Boswell crying the first visit, because I wanted a smoother ride that was on the lot, but we could not get the figures right, AT FIRST! Then a week later the manager, Justin called me and got me in the ride I wanted. To think they remembered me and continued to help meant the world! This is the kind of service that keeps customers happy! I love my Buick Envision and a big thanks to Justin for helping. Also a big thanks to Caden and Jake for their role in this!

I've gone back and forth on writing this review for a while now but don't want anybody else to end up in the same bind I have been in. a couple of years ago I was looking for a truck and found one at Sam Boswell Honda. Now it was high mileage and I would not have even considered it if it was from an individual or a "less reputable" dealer. I was assured over and over that it had been put thru the shop and multiple inspections and it was in great shape plus they would warranty it for 3 months and 3000 miles so if there were any issues they would make it right. So foolishly I trusted that. A couple of weeks after the 3 months was up I was driving home from work and it all began to fall apart. The truck started spitting and sputtering barely staying running and barely going at all. I took it to the dealer and they said they would make it right. They kept the truck for 2 months before telling me "we can't fix it or even figure out what's wrong with it" so basically "sucks to be you pal. Every mechanic I talked to told me exactly what the problem was without even seeing the truck but the master mechanics at Sam Boswell Honda apparently couldn't figure it out or maybe they didn't want to spend the $3,000 to fix it. So we paid another shop to fix it. We have also replaced all 4 window actuators and many many more things. It is currently in the shop again and appears the only way to fix it is a new engine all of this with only around 12,000 miles put on it. I paid $10k for the truck and 4 months later when I had spent $3,000 repairing it they were gracious enough to offer me $3,000 for trade in to date we have spent at least another 10k to keep it running. When I asked if that seemed fair to them their response was "well that's what you get when you buy a used vehicle. No not usually but apparently that is what you get from Sam Boswell dealerships. They will never get another dollar of mine and hopefully this will keep someone else from making the same mistake especially in times like these when everyone is just doing their best to keep their heads above water. I know that $10k is a drop in the bucket to big dealerships but to me it's ALOT of money. I never asked for or expected a refund but I do feel like they could have tried a lil harder to make it right like if nothing else a lil better than 30% trade in value on a vehicle I bought 4 months earlier when I was trying to buy another vehicle from their dealership. Where are the vehicles you can depend OR the people you can trust?

This dealership is one of a kind! They are knowledgeable, respectful, and most of all they care about what the customer wants! I was not expecting to purchase a car today. They exceeded my demands and went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend this dealership if you enjoy being able to look at cars without getting bugged and them working with you to the best of their ability's.
