Self wash wouldn’t take cash, no biggy used my card but time ran out halfway through my wash, tried to use my card again and couldn’t. So had to go through the touch less car wash to finish wash and it doesn’t do a very good job. Vacuums only take card, and coins but coin system wouldn’t take cash, wasn’t going to charge my card again. Over all it was a VERY frustrating and expensive car wash day only to end up with a half washed car that I still have to vacuum. Can’t say I’ll be back.

I’ll start with the good. My black car comes out relatively clean, which is good for a touchless wash. Very minimal hands on cleaning needed after. It’s fast and has plenty of room to get in and out of.
For some feedback:
The car wash is broken a lot. I pay a monthly subscription to go through, so it’s quite disappointing with how often it’s out of commission. When it is working, the soap is often runny and very watered down. The dryer also does not dry the car as much as it needs to, especially in the back. A more powerful dryer is needed or more dry time is needed.
Overall, good to save time on a wash

Vacuum had very little suction. In an attempt to get my monies worth I switched from suction to spray (freshner) and that was out. Not happy

Car wash malfunction causing the wash arm to hit the car. 24 hour number no answer.

Not bad, but I didn't get a good clean car. New car with less than 2 weeks and 250 miles. Ioniq 5 limited. Did not completely clean rear window. Front tires had dirt still on them that I could wipe off. Spots on the moon roof after drying.
For a rough clean, not bad. Not sure what the going price is but I did get the next to top price item.
Have to remember, this is a touch less wash. It will not be perfect. Chemical cleaning will never replace hand washing. I believe it did a decent job without harmful effects.
Minus 2 stars for loose dirt left on tires and spots on moon roof.
Back window is hard to clean on Ioniq 5 due to design. Should not have loose dirt after a wash. Spot free selected and paid for.
Since I haven't tried other touch free car washes, can not compare. Don't judge it to car washes that use brushes, totally different.
I live on a dirt road but did not have caked on mud yet. If you don't have heavy dirt or bugs, this should be a good wash to do every week to keep your car looking good.

Edit: Went back again to verify and recommend everyone to not get their Tsunami package for automatic car wash. I’ll try to post the video of their “trip-foam” on here.
Glad to see a touchless car wash in the area. Big downside is they use watered down soap in “tri-foam” wash so the car doesn’t get cleaned as it should. Most of the soap just runs off the car upon application. They do use the better stuff for the diy side of the car wash.

$10 for 4 minutes at self wash. I tried to add more minutes and it just kept displaying Add $3.75. Had to leave with a car covered in foam! No one was working to help. Old card readers. Won’t be back. Waste of money.Update. tried a debit card and 2 different credit cards so clearly was the card reader not reading when swiped.

$9 and I got the dust rinsed off. It didn’t remove anything else. And had terrible water spots. Plus I didn’t get a vacuum token. If you go here do self wash. The auto machine is not worth it.
