So I’ve reached a point in my life to just ensure accountability is held against all who decide to ignore it. It started in June of this year (2024) when I took my wife’s Jeep in for service. Got it, got out and went about my business. Later that day, my wife called when she got back home from work and told me she had an oil leak under the car. When I got home sure enough there was a big leak. Pressure was down to below 16psi and it was still leaking. This was due to the mechanic not ensuring the oil plug bolt was secured. Probably finger tightened. I called and told them about the issue and told them I went, bought two additional quarts (saved receipt from the same day) and the gentlemen said he’d refund me by mailing a check for $50. This never happened. So when it came time for the Chrysler review sent via email, I laid it out word for word. A short while later the service manager called, goes by the name of Dave. Apologized for it all, said after the computers are working he’d send the check and give me and the wife a 2 year compliment oil package. I said fair enough and that was that. Gave it a month after seeing nothing again and around 12 July I got a voicemail (still saved) saying the computers are working now and things will be sent. It’s 1 September and I still have seen no response or resolution. So, where is the accountability? Should I send the receipt complaint and voicemail to corporate? When does the little guy say enough is enough with being pushed around by big businesses? Just beware fellow soldiers and community of Fort Novosel and area.

BEST CAR DEALERSHIP IN ENTERPRISE!!!
i have been to every car dealership in enterprise and the mitchell cdjr was the last place i went to because its on the other side of the circle but i wish i would have came here first and i would have been in a car weeks ago! austin parsons is the loveliest car salesman i have ever met!!! <3 i would recommend him or even anyone at this dealership for someone looking to have an enjoyable car shopping experience. the people at this place especially austin have prioritize their customer satisfaction over anything. i got a better deal on a car than i have anywhere and we didn't even have to haggle over price. its obvious the people here care more about finding you a car that you love with a price that u can afford, more than anything. i could not be happier!

We were stranded on our trip with a check engine light glaring but the team of Mitchell Chrysler came to our rescue! Jessica McGuffin was the first to take the lead. She ensured us that they could take care of us and to bring our vehicle in. The sales manager, Ethan Johnson, hooked us up with Will Massey who went out of his way to get us a place to stay while they checked over our vehicle. The dealership was closed and the pageant booked all of the hotels but Will was determined not to leave us stranded. The next day our service advisor, Richard, got on the job post haste. Lucky for us they had the coil in stock (another benefit of using a dealership). The service team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done correctly and efficiently working with our Mopar warranty and our service records. They really demonstrated that they had the service staff to do the job right! They also reflected the ownership of the dealership. Everyone that we worked with all seemed genuinely happy and willing to help!
They saved our bacon and I am sure they can do the same for you.
Tip: try to stay at the Marriott by the dealership bonus tip is the restaurant across the road (Santa Fe Cattle Company)

Called about a new truck and was quoted $3500.00 over the advertised price and then offered me a fraction of what my vehicle was worth as a trade... $5000+ less than what 2 other dealers quoted me. When I said I would pass, the hard pressure sales started including the sales manager calling me! I bought the same truck with more bells and whistles from Dothan for several thousand less. Go to Dothan and ask for Bill.

Was very disappointed in the communication or lack thereof. Purchased truck, had it 3 days, took back to appointment at dealership for repairs on March 20th and didn't get it back until April 5th. Truck had about a 1/4 tank of gas when brought back and when picked up was sitting on empty. Spent $100K on buying this truck and another truck a couple months ago and got this kind of service. Doubtful I'll be buying another vehicle from here.

We had a great experience at Mitchell CDJR in Enterprise. From the salesman to the finance guy was a top notch experience. Our salesman Brent really took care of us and did his best to make sure we were comfortable while we were there. He fully covered all aspects of the vehicle with us and answered any questions we had. He even followed up with us to make sure everything was good and that we enjoyed our purchase. I would definitely recommend visiting Mitchell if you’re interested in a new vehicle.

I bought a Wrangler Sport S, 4door, from Will Massey today (3/26/24). Will is a polite, professional young man, and made this purchase the smoothest, easiest car deal I’ve ever made. Everyone on staff I dealt with were polite, approachable and professional. I highly recommend Mitchell Jeep and Will Massey.

Stan is amazing this is my second vehicle I have bought from him and all the stuff staff and Stan have been nothing but wonderful to purchase from love my new ride. It’s absolutely amazing the only thing I would have like done differently is to be clean and detailed better I found weed in it thank Goodness my kids didn’t find it and get in to it. But will always buy from Stan and his crew.

This was the 5th car I have bought from them over the years. Facility is clean and inviting. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. All is well but their coffee is not good. Can't have everything I guess.

Great experience today at Mitchell CDJR. Sydney Baker got in touch with me a few days prior after submitting an online inquiry. Her communication and professionalism were unmatched. We drove in from out of town and she had my Jeep parked out front with a “Reserved” sign in the windshield. I happened to be an ornery customer too, and threw a few curve balls at them with the sale of my car and from being from out of town. From Sydney, Eric Borders, Cliff Johnson, and Kim Thomas, they went above and beyond, and worked with me through the whole process to take care of me.
