They are a sub contractor for T mobile. They operate on commission. I have been lied to numerous times by their representatives. They charge less than other major carriers. But they provide service that is less than you pay for. When signing any contracts. Read them carefully!

I wish i could give them zero stars I got a phone and service with them November of this year the phone didn't even last 2 months the I paid my plan December 12th the phone tore up 2 days ago all I was asking was my money back for the days I'm not going to be able to use the service they told me they couldn't do anything for me that I cannot get another phone unless I pay $60 for it and they would not give me my money back for the phone plan I paid $56 on December the 12th the phone tore up on December 17th i called the representative because it would not hold a charge and he told me to open the phone and check the battery I did it messed up the power button because according to the people at the Metro store you cannot open the phones other than that the power the phone is in great shape no scratches no cracks went to the store they told me they was nothing they can do I don't know how this company stays in business with the way they treat their customers I was a customer a few years ago didn't like the way I was treated then I decided in November I would give Metro another chance and I got treated badly by my money being stolen from me Metro is the worst company I've ever had to deal with and they have the worst customer service I am going to tell everybody I know not to do business with Metro and I'll have them tell their people Plus I am going to report them to the better Business bureau

I simply just needed to switch my number over to a new phone and one of the employees told me that they couldn’t switch it over , but I went to Dothan and they switched my number over to the phone. Very unprofessional in my opinion I just needed help and I felt like they didn’t even try to take the initiative to help. Please work on this !

So I couldn't find a case for my phone anywhere ....I walked in told them what I needed and was directed straight to it ,even put it on as a courtesy....I left smiling !!!

At this location, one of the employees, Tamika, recognized a scam artist was trying to take advantage of an elderly family member on our plan. Tamika called me, the account owner, to explain what she was concerned about after the elderly family member had been in her store for help with her phone. Because of Tamika's quick thinking to call me, our family was able to find out that indeed, our elderly family member was being scammed. We cannot thank Tamika enough for going above and beyond to help us! It is employees like this who make Metro a company our family trusts! Tamika was looking out for our elderly family member, and made us aware of something that we had no knowledge of. THANK YOU Metro and THANK YOU, Tamika! Our family is eternally grateful!
