Went to Lock n Load for the first time recently. My wife and I wanted to shoot guns as part of our 36th anniversary. The facilities and staff were excellent, safety-minded, and professional. We had a great time, my wife kept saying how fun it was all day.They also have an amazing selection of firearms, and we bought several boxes of ammo for shooting and hollow points for at-home protection. I'll definitely be back (especially since my wife out-shot me on the targets, so I need more time on range!).

Came in the store while visiting family from our of town. Looking for a gift for my husband. Whitney was extremely helpful and got me the perfect gift for him! Will definitely be back next trip. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff

Location has a great selection! If it’s not on site, they will transfer from the Troy location or order in store. The range is nice and clean. Great place to go and get some range time with the pistol. Staff is very knowledgeable. Brian from the Troy location has relocated to Lock N Load. The store is clean and very well organized. Family Firearms and Lock N Load are the only gun shops I use.

I was in the store not too long ago and had no idea what I was looking for. Mainly went in to look around. The guys at the front gave me some amazing customer service and found my dream rifle! Definitely recommend! And for sure will be back to shop some more!

It was super hard finding the ammo for my 6.5 Creedmoor but luckily I found it at Lock-N-Load! The customer service was excellent and they didn’t treat me like a d*** blonde with us a plus plus in my book! I definitely recommend!!!
