If I could give this place 0 starts I would I just 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT for $4,000 I only have the car for 3 days i drove it to my home town due the family emergency thinking I could trust the car to get me there and back it’s only 57min to a hour there just for me to be stuck at the hospital it wouldn’t crank or only thing the the vehicle started knocking and taping and shocking the whole car I called the old man and tried to explain to him wats goen on and got the most rudest customer service I have ever said in my life he didn’t care that me and my child was stuck and he kept say I messed it up, why would I mess up a vehicle that I spent all my hard working money just to spend more money on it don’t makes sense at all know I’m stuck and lost of money I will never recommend anyone to this dealership

I paid $6000 cash on March 12th for a 2012 Chevy Camaro. Drive it off the lot and got to the gas station and it would not crank. Called the old man working and he told me it was fine that it had just been sitting up to try to crank it again. After 4 tries the car finally started. Got it home. Drove it down the road the next night and now it’s on the side of the road and won’t crank at all. Called the man back and he tells me that I shouldn’t have driven it home if it wouldn’t crank at the gas station after he told me it would be fine that it had just been sitting up for awhile. He told me he didn’t care that it was on the side of the road and would not crank that I bought it as is. And he wasn’t towing it back to his place of business. Then accused me of messing it up! Then hung up on me.DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS CAR LOT!!

Drove all the way from Andalusia to try an do business with these people. Get to the lot an his son came out to us. For a $5000.00 car, needed a new battery, paint peeling off, the driver seat and passenger seat was all ripped up. We asked what would it take cash to buy the car. Called his dad out to help answer that question. He was very rude, smart mouth, we just turned an walked away got in truck drive off. Go 2 blocks down the road and had AMAZING help. Drove off in a newer, nicer car. I will NEVER send anyone to this place. Very very RUDE people.

These people are awesome most buy here pay here places will sell you junk and dont care but they sold me an older car that runs really good.They take the time to listen and really want to help. I would recommend Langfords to anyone.
