We took our brand new 2023 Camry here because USAA recommended them. Took 8 business days to complete the repair which we were informed that it would be a minimum of 8 days. Not once were we updated on the progress of the repair so therefore I give a 01 star for communication. Front bumper and driver side headlight was a good 2" off alignment compared to the passenger side headlight, meaning the bumper trim and headlight didn't meet up compared to the other side. The front bumper didn't line up with the fender compared to the passenger side which was off by 1/8" inch. The front bumper black matte piece had damage from the accident and should've been replaced but instead it was buffed out which gave the matte finish a shine. This repair costed $4,000 lol, unreal the quality of the work compared to the cost. The photo I added was a before pic, no way in hell thats $4,000 worth of damage.

I visited this repair shop with high hopes since my insurance recommended them. However, after they completed the initial repairs, I was dismayed to discover additional damage. There is missing paint near my back windshield, and my speaker, which was functioning perfectly before, was reported to be blown. Upon further inspection, I found that they had simply failed to screw it back into place. Additionally, my door latch now makes a popping noise when fully opened, and they informed me that they were not responsible for this issue. It is disheartening that my brand-new car, which I purchased without any problems from a dealership, is now plagued with multiple issues that require attention.
