“This place is awesome! I was in town from Chicago to visit family and dropped in for a Saturday workout, and had a great time. I drop in to boxes all over the world and this place ranks right at the top. The people were so friendly that five minutes in I already felt like part of the crew. The coach Keith really knows his stuff. As a personal trainer and L1 coach myself I was very impressed with how much coaching he’s able to get in during a short amount of time. To top it off he kept the class super fun!
Killer workout, great coaching and amazing community of members!! I can’t wait to come back!
