Service was started on schedule and completed in a very timely manner. Staff were all kind, respectful and detailed with the repair. Would definitely recommend Ed Sherling Ford for your service and maintenance repairs.

I have had such a pleasant experience with Ed Sherling Ford service department. I have been treated like an ignorant woman that doesn’t know anything at other places but that was not the case here. I was treated with respect by everyone that I dealt with. That’s quite refreshing in this day and age. My car is running like new!

This place takes the anxiety out of bringing your vehicle to the dealership. Michael at the service center is an absolute gem. His smiles is so infectious you can’t help but feel better after speaking with him. Thank y’all for being consistent with great, fast, and honorable work.

I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the dealership. The staff was very professional. They were very attentive and gave me all the time I needed to test drive, ask questions and ultimately make a deal. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

First off let me say that my salesman, Greg Martin was outstanding and treated me with respect, as was the gentleman who closed the deal. I assume that he was the manager. The owner called me same night to thank me for driving two hours to do business with them and that if I had any problems with my vehicle, don't hesitate to call them. My problem is with the person in the corner office, with the blacked out windows, sale manager, that got very irate with me turning his tactics around on him and raised is voice at me. I am 67 years old and have bought many vehicles over the years and have never been treated like that. He needed to go to anger management training or find another job.

I never leave reviews especially bad ones. Typically I contact the company and just let them know and move on but after our experience I feel this is needed. We purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. Going to make an VERY long story short! After we got it home and cranked it. It made an interesting noise. We discovered it only happened on a cold start so we wouldn’t have noticed it during the test drive. We then discovered the issue was something Ford Inc had publicized was an issue and they recommended it be fixed. Why it wasn’t fixed before we purchased the vehicle knowing this was an issue (can phaser) on this model and Ford Inc supplies a discount for it to be fixed. I will never know. I contacted them immediately and they (the sales manager) claimed they never heard it. Although he was driving it a good bit. We had this vehicle less than a month and had to pay $2200 to have the issue resolved. The service department manager was absolutely fantastic, kind and understanding about the disappointment I had. He never made me feel dumb. He made me feel very heard and always assured me and kept me posted throughout the process. See the last time it was in his possession was months before purchase bc it was being drove by the sales manager a good bit. (From what I was told there for we felt really good about buying a used vehicle from a dealership that makes the vehicle on top of an employee using it. Must be a great vehicle) the biggest disappointment was how I was treated by the sales manager when I called to speak to him! He was very quick to get upset and interrupted me many times. He immediately claimed they have been in business so long and they aren’t there to take advantage of people… well I am so sorry but I certainly don’t feel taken care of. Then I emailed Mr. Sherling and the GM after the work was done to brag on 2 people but also let them know my disappointment in the other employee. I never heard back. Not even I’m so sorry you had a bad experience with one of our employees. This is not our standard …etc just no response at all. Needless to say we will never do business with them again. Maybe they are okay for new vehicles but I wouldn’t get a used one.

Excellent Service from start to finish. I was traveling from out of state and needed a new starter. Michael in the service department was so helpful. He was able to fit me into their schedule and communicated with me each step of the process. This Ford house is an absolute gem here in Enterprise, what would’ve taken 5 weeks at home took these guys 1 day. I’m so grateful for their hospitality in getting this mom back on the road with a reliable starter.

700 miles from home I was having issues with my truck. Dropped it off to service and had my truck back in a days time. Not being familiar with the area I can’t thank the guys at Ed Sherling Ford’s service dept enough for getting me in and out so quickly, with the problem resolved.
