This car wash is terrible! They don’t scrub the front of your car before entering the wash like most of them do. I had a ton of bugs left on the front like it hadn’t even been washed. Won’t be back.

Paid for the top wash. It didn’t do a good job getting bug residue off the front bumper . I couldn’t tell that the tires and wheels had been touched so I will be doing that when I get home. Did not completely rinse all the soap off. The vacuums did not have enough suction. Would hardly pull up small particles.
Will choose another location next time or just wash at home. Very disappointed. 5-10-24 2:37 pm.
The only bright spot was the two employees who went completely over my vehicle with the brush prior to the wash.

I bought a membership about a week ago, had my first wash. Went back a week later two days in a row, but it was closed. No sign that explained why or when it would reopen. Nobody is answering the phone this morning (4/23/24). I called the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce about it but they did not know anything. I am about to call my credit card company and ask them to cancel all charges to my account from this outfit. I already have to pay good money to the government for services not received (such as student loans that others took out and Biden pardoned!), and I don't want to do the same with this business!

Worst carwash in the area. Just left there. Got the $18 wash. Suds left all over vehicle. Worker tells me to pull to the side and they will wash them off. So then I have to completely hand dry vehicle myself. Owner was right there observing. Never even spoke.
Also tires had zero tire shine applied, even though charged.

Car wash stopped half way through, apparently something got stuck on my light bar and had to drive out, soap still all over my car. Light bar on top is now bent sideways. Stay away from here or you will be extremely disappointed and much more $$ down the drain than just the car wash price.

Employee never once offered to help me when I was having trouble with payment it was acting up not wanting to take my money he just sat there and never moved he was close enough to the machine he could hear it giving an error smoking his cigarette poor customer service!!!!Services: Auto detailing

The lady that works there basically washed my truck for me before I even went to the car wash!! She was very friendly big smile my truck came out better than it has with any other car wash I'm assuming it's because of all the detail they put in it before I even go to the wash. Would definitely use them again I want to check out and see how much the monthly passes are highly recommend them

Fast friendly they gave it a good scrub by hand before I went in and covered my back wiper with plastic so I wouldn't get damage ! Will be back !

Great service for a great price. The employees are willing to do whatever it takes to help their customers within their own capacity. Very friendly.
