Felicia is an awesome lady. She can turn a frustrating day into ease. She can fix anything. She has a positive attitude and is glad to see you. She values her customers and wants them to have a good experience. This is so obvious bc of how consistent she is each time I go. Kricket enterprise wants to keep your business and goes above and beyond to make each customer experience phenomenal. Keep Rocking it Felicia!

Crystal was no help. It took him 10 minutes to get up from behind when I walked in and it took 45 more minutes to realize that I just wanted to pay my current bill and add my son to my line. She was very rude and unprofessional. I finished. I canceled my service and switched to verizon because of the incident.

I was beyond upset , one I came in and this is not the first time I have been in mind you. I typically come in and see Megan or Felicia , I was disappointed today to come in and see Crystal yet again . She was in the back eatting at the table and told me to hold on . Their where multiple other people in the store and she was EATING and on a call ! I was beyond disgruntled and upset . Luckily there was this new girl I hadn’t seen before . (WHO mind you was drowning while Crystal was being rude.) If there was a way to see when the others work I would only go in then. I wasted my time going down there, just for her to cuss at me . This is by far my worst experience with this employee yet, who is rude to the other to employees every time I go in (so poor new girl.) she treats everyone poorly and I do not understand why she is allowed to continue to make it a toxic environment for us the customers paying you money, and your other employees. Do better cricket

Went in to get a new phone. Crystal was very helpful...until she wasn't. She said she had to go to the back to check if a phone was in stock and proceeded to stand in the back for over 20 minutes. She stood there playing on her phone and vaping the entire time.I'm sticking with Verizon.

Crystal is absolute trash did not help at all found vaping and eating in the back more important then helping a store full of customers I ended up switching carriers there where so many issues

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. Felicia is one of the nicest managers of any the places I have been in. She has helped my family and I out several times with our phones and/or service, even going beyond what I would have expected. I have referred friends to this office just because of her, and will continue to do so.

I was skeptical about cricket at first bc of where I live but the associate that helped me that was FABULOUS. She answered all of my questions. She was prompt and courteous. She even got me with promoting an upscale which is exactly what we needed and didn't even know it. Thank you Megan for giving me the best customer service I have ever had.

Samantha Nicole a manager at this store and her trash daughter scammed me on market place for a few hundred dollars by selling me some antique tattoo machines. After taking my money for the items and the cost of shipping the daughter blocked me then j found Samantha her mother and she acted like she was going to get my money back from her daughter well that didn’t happen. Mom blocked me too. Turns out this is where she is employed. I will absolutely be contacting corporate and now that k have an address I’ll happily send the local po oo to this store

Amazing customer service from both reps. Was a long time Verizon customer and happily made the switch to Cricket. Smooth and friendly transaction.
