I was asked to leave Bondys Toyota in Alabama today because of my Australian Shephard puppy. I had made an appointment for 6/5/2021 for an oil and filter change. They canceled the morning of the 5th because of compressor issues. I rescheduled for 6/12/2021 right after my vet appointment with my puppy. I was in the waiting room at Bondys for about 45 minutes. People were coming over and patting her and playing with her. She had barked a few times and was having fun. A guy came over and told me my puppy was being disruptive and I needed to go outside with her. He did not tell me who he was, just that I had to leave. The people in service keep dog treats behind the counter. I was told by several employees that the new general manager does not like dogs. That he frowns on them being in his showroom. I have about $90,000 in Toyotas. I talked to the guy in charge of service. He seems like a nice guy. He apologized. Its not his fault. I'll never go back there as long as that general manager is there. If you're an animal lover, you shouldn't either.Thats my puppy on the salesmans desk when we bought our 2020 Hilander up north.
