The receptionist has the worst attitude I have ever seen and to make it even more ironic her name is biblical. You walk in and she acts like you are just trash walking off the street. She either greets you rudely or says nothing at all. Why are people like this being chosen to work in the human services field and serve the less fortunate? Why are they still called Christian Mission, when their ethics and morality is no where near "Christ-like"? Many working here are just one pay check away from being in the same position as the peeople they "assist". Humble yourselves and see that you are just as much human as the person on hard times. You never know who you are in the presence of. Someone could just be there to observe the state and condition of the business and doesn't actually need the assistance. This is a non-profit organization which means funding and donations can be lost and all of the workers' pay is thriving off of that funding.

Confused...people "DONATE" to them thinking unfortunately people will get the stuff....instead they sell it and sometimes for a high price..high price for stuff they got for free!! This is just a pawn shop that gets free inventory. The name Christian mission makes people believe that's what it is....helping those who need help...not a pawn shop and not selling something they got for free! If I'm wrong, tell me. Tell me stuff that is donated is not sold. I believe they even receive free labor. What percentage of income goes to helping others and what is profit. I want clothes I donate to go to those who can't afford clothes! I hope I'm wrong.

I will forever be grateful for the Christian Mission and New life recovery. I graduated from New Life and I am currently in the aftercare program. It truly saved my life and changed my life forever. I am currently 16 months clean and I know Jesus died on the cross for my sins and I will spend eternity in heaven with him. I am so thankful God lined it up for me to come to New life... Thank you Lord....

Had to see for myself why they got the name of the UnChristian Missions. I have spoke to alot of people that now go to other thrift shops for better deals. Prices were pretty high compared to others.

I called to have a piece of furniture picked up. They give you a 3 hour window and don't show. I call and get rudeness over the phone about the trucks whereabouts. People take 3 hours off of work not to get nasty customer service from supposed to be Christians.

Was told that they do not help military families because we make too much.
