The best dealership experience I’ve had in my life. Originally started with reaching out about a vehicle I was interested in, met Jose and worked with him for a few weeks on narrowing down the vehicle that would work best for our family. Loved that he wasn’t pushy what so ever and asked important questions to determine what was needed most. Once we did some test drives, decided on the vehicle the entire team at Bondy’s was very patient and answered the 1,000 questions I had on financing, warranties, and vehicles. Very happy to support this dealership now and for every future purchase. Thank you so much Jose and team for all of your assistance- we couldn’t be happier with our new Sienna ☺️☺️. Highly appreciate all of your help. Also loved the finance gentleman we worked with- he was realistic, hilarious and so so easy to work with. Once again, answered so many questions and laid out every scenario I requested. Couldn’t ask for a better team of people to work with especially for such a huge decision.

Dallas Mock is always a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to get you in the car you want! 3rd car from Bondy’s and Dallas has made each experience super easy!

They have a “credit assistance program” listed on their website but it’s false advertising just to run your credit points down.

Horrible customer service they messed my rim up and is avoiding paying for it. I feel like since I was a female their just brushing off my issue.
Update I couldn’t make a new review. Paul the service manager is very rude. He told me that after he pay to have my rims fixed that he would not be rotating my tires anymore. So he basically said that he will not service my car because his employees messed up my rim.. it was very noted and recorded..

Condescending sales men, not giving us any options, telling us that the Highlander and 4 runner are the same thing. As soon as I said our budget very clearly lost interest in helping us, made me and my wife feel very unwelcome. He was mumbling under his breath as he walked away from us, I wish I got his name so I could call him out. I definitely won’t be back, other dealerships around here are much more willing to help and more friendly.

We have done business with Bondy’s for many years. We are return customers because we get a great product at a great price and are treated with tremendous respect. They also provide reliable service for their customers vehicles.
Daniel Wilson was a wonderful low pressure salesman with great product knowledge. We recommend Daniel and Bondy’s to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I bought my car from here from Daniel Wilson and it was smooth and a good process. I called the day before for the full price and he was able to tell me exactly how much I would be spending. As soon as I was there the next day he had the keys ready and let me test drive it. After, he already had all the paperwork ready and it was a quick process. He was friendly and honest with me every step of the way. 10/10 recommend Bondy’s and Daniel Wilson

Bought a truck from them, drove it home and had it for almost a 2 weeks. Got a call saying my “loan wasn’t approved” and that I needed to return it. What a joke of salesmen and an unprofessional car lot.

I had an exceptional experience at Bondy Toyota in Enterprise. A special thank you to Jamie, Tyler and Jose for all of their help. I went in looking for a specific car that had already been sold. Jose kindly showed me another option which turned out to be a great thing. We had one area of concern but Tyler and Jamie listened to my concern and provided excellent service/repair. I believe they are honest in their commitment to the quality and standards you would expect at Toyota. Very happy with my vehicle choice and will purchase more. Highly recommend.

I contacted Bondy’s on 9-15-23 to order a key fob for my son’s 05 Avalon. I was told the total would be $148.63 for the fob and $125 to program it. I asked if there were any additional fees and I was told No. The fob was on back order so I didn’t hear anything for a while but called about 3 months later to check on it. My son went to get it and have it programmed. He was told only the drivers door would work and if he wanted all four doors to open with the fob he would have to pay an additional $120 for a diagnostic test. He’s a college student and didn’t want to spend that kind of money so he declined. When he got home he told me the fob didn’t even work on the driver’s door. The following day I went to Bondy’s and spoke someone there (Mr VT). I explained the situation and asked for a refund. He said, I’m sorry but that’s not how it’s done here. Let me explain why the car needed a diagnostic test. I didn’t care at that point because the fob was useless and I could see that all Bondy’s wanted was MORE money. I then asked to speak with someone in charge and he said smugly, welllll, that would be me. I asked to speak to someone else but there wasn’t anyone available. I then got in my car and contacted my attorney. A few weeks later, a letter was drafted from our attorney and once Bondy’s received it, I got a full refund. So apparently that is the way things are done at Bondy’s Toyota. Mr VT just didn’t know. Over the years we have purchased two vehicles from Bondy’s Toyota and had great experiences there. Unfortunately, this is the reason why car salespeople have bad reputations. Many of them are shady and they attempt to take advantage of young adults (ie my son) who might not know any better or women (because they think we don’t know anything about cars). It’s insulting and I will never purchase another car from there again.
Edit ::for Natalie, the diagnostics were declined because my college aged son didn’t have an additional $120 to spend on something we had already spent over $200 on. When I ordered the key fob I was told the total would be $148 plus $125 to program it. I inquired about additional fees and I was assured there wouldn’t be any. Regardless of that, the product we ordered did not work. The technician told my son it would open the driver’s door only but once my son got home, it didn’t ever do that. “In an act of goodwill” you proceeded with the refund? Natalie, your business was not going to do so until I contacted an attorney. There was no “commitment to excellent customer service”. When the defective key fob wouldn’t even open the one door it was supposed to and I asked for a refund I was denied. It wasn’t until I contacted an attorney and had a letter drafted, that Bondy’s ultimately sent me a refund. I shouldn’t have to go through so much trouble for “excellent customer service” which is why I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Salesman kept me well-informed of the arrival of my vehicle. The financial persons were very pleasant and informative.
