Would give 0 if I could. Terrible Service. Myself along with several people that I know have taken vehicles to this guy and he claims 1-2 weeks but that turns into 4-6 weeks. He always uses these random excuses and tries to blame everyone else for the extended wait times (company sent wrong parts, insurance company isn’t responding, parts delayed due to weather where shipping from ?). Definitely do not recommend. Take the time and read some of these reviews. They are all saying the same thing: terrible service, and not quality work. There is a reason they are rated so low.

Wasn’t pleased with the customer service of I believe it was the owner. But put it this way it wasn’t a female employee, who was rude and real had me 2 minutes in already ready to leave…. And I did!

Brought my car here and they did amazing! My car was in and out within a couple of days and runs good as new. Nick did a great job of giving me updates on my car and when it would be ready. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

This is what was done to my car and when speaking with the owner he claimed they didn’t do it and was real NASTY even hung up in my face a few times… I’ve reached out to my insurance company to contact them this is unacceptable it’s clear that my car was dragged and for the owner to be so nasty about is just down right disgusting

The owner of this business, Ed Mock, is one of the rudest and most unprofessional owner's I've ever met. He grossly overcharges without consent from the customer and when I asked him to explain why he does so without permission, he began to yell at me in front of two of his employees. I will never return to this business and also want everyone to know the type of person this man is. I strongly recommend to anyone that needs any service he offers to find a better person to entrust your vehicle and wallet to than Battens Paint & Body Shop.
