I called ahead of time to verify they had the part i needed before driving all the way here. They confirmed they did have it and then i waited at the store for 20 minutes while they looked for it before telling me they dont have it. So i got to make the drive back home empty handed.

Was in desperate need of a truck battery. I was at my aunt's house in Enterprise and I reside in Dothan. I went to leave my aunt's house and my battery was dead. It was around 8:15pm by the time I got jumped off and made it to AutoZone they were going to close in 15 minutes, yet the gentleman was very helpful with installing my new battery for me so I and my family could make it back home safely. Thank you so much!

Almost always have the parts I need. Employees are helpful and usually knowledgeable on vehicle repairs. Some parts have a lifetime warranty that I have benefited from. I have used their helpful free electronic diagnostic numerous times.
