“On 8-12-24 my car literally died on me while driving it on the highway. Thankfully the Kia dealership in Enterprise was not far from where I was stranded. I was greeted warmly when I walked into the dealership. I was able to get with a saleswoman named Liz who had the most welcoming smile! She was very patient with all the questions and concerns I had. I get anxiety when it comes to filling out important paperwork, but Liz and the finance manager Steve were amazing helping me through the process! I was introduced to the Boss Chris who was polite and such a positive guy. Did I mention the bathrooms are so clean, and nice you would think they are never used?! I arrived with worry tears in my eyes and left the Kia dealership the same day with happy tears in my eyes. I was able to buy a brand new 2024 Sorento with everything I wanted in a vehicle. I’ve NEVER had such an excellent experience with buying a vehicle! Definitely coming back and recommending others to do the same. 5 stars Liz and 5 stars to Kia Enterprise!”

Originally started with reaching out about a vehicle I was interested in, met Jose and worked with him for a few weeks on narrowing down the vehicle that would work best for our family. Loved that he wasn’t pushy what so ever and asked important questions to determine what was needed most. Once we did some test drives, decided on the vehicle the entire team at Bondy’s was very patient and answered the 1,000 questions I had on financing, warranties, and vehicles. “I came in as the cost of a minor problem with my window washer fluid not spraying out a small opening due to a faulty part would have cost me over $100 at the Toyota dealership. A customer service representative helped me pick out the right part and then even helped me install it! Wow! What service! I was flabbergasted and put me in a great mood. I even replaced a small bulb in my overhead light which cost me just a few dollars! You cannot go wrong”

i have been to every car dealership in enterprise and the mitchell cdjr was the last place i went to because its on the other side of the circle but i wish i would have came here first and i would have been in a car weeks ago! austin parsons is the loveliest car salesman i have ever met!!! <3 i would recommend him or even anyone at this dealership for someone looking to have an enjoyable car shopping experience. the people at this place especially austin have prioritize their customer satisfaction over anything. i got a better deal on a car than i have anywhere and we didn't even have to haggle over price. its obvious the people here care more about finding you a car that you love with a price that u can afford, more than anything. i could not be happier!”
