I did a local move with AAA Moving. They did a great job! The guys even set up my two queen size beds for me when they brought my furniture to my new house.

Haven't actually moved with them yet but I was pleased with the girl who came to do the estimate. She was very knowledgeable and personable making me feel confident with this company. I will be using them at the time I need to move.

I recently left a poor review about my moving experience, but I am changing it because the owner reached out to me. He is very respectful and truly does care about customer experience and fixing any issues that arise. AAA does have professional crews who work hard, my move was a government move. The only issue I had was some items during the inventory process, however like I said the owner does care about making sure that any issues are fixed and he is working diligently to help me out which I appreciate very much. After the owner reached out to me I would recommend this company to others, especially knowing that the owner cares about his customers! That makes a huge difference in my opinion.

TERRIBLE!! THIS COMPANY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $6200 to move 3 bedrooms, 1 living room and about 12 boxes a 90 miles. Then he said I will give you 50% off I will do it for $3100.. THIS IS JUST CRAZY!CRAZY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE!!

The most unprofessional moving company we've ever used! Not only do they take multiple days to pack your house, they only work for 4 or 5 hours (10am-2pm) with an hour lunch break. Some of workers were complaining while also taking personal phone calls or playing on their phone most of the time. We're military and we were told it was only going to take 1 day to pack our stuff (like normal PCS moves) and because they didn't get anything done it took them 3 days to pack everything. We were almost late for the date we had to be at our next duty station. The only good worker was Sal, if it wasn't for him I don't think anything would have been done.

If I could give less than one star I would. I had a in-home estimate. $2300 for my move. The crew came to pack my house. When they were totally finished, they told me they under estimated and I owed them $750 more than the quote. I had no choice but to pay, as all my belongings were in the truck and I had to be out of my house that day. When my items arrived, I was told to meet the driver between 2-4pm, ON MOTHERS DAY!!! The driver showed up at 6:45pm and I missed dinner with my mother and family. My Tempurpedic mattresses was folded in half like a burrito, and shrink wrapped tight. It's ruined. The truck driver then told me because they had to carry my items more than 100 feet, I had to pay him an additional $250 in cash, or he would unpack everything and leave it on the curb. So, again I felt I had to choice and went to an ATM and got $250. There were 3 people unloading the truck. Two of them told me they were homeless and the company hired them in the parking lot of a hardware store for $50 to unload the truck. I got a giant box that didn't look like it was mine (which I gave back immediately). I did open it to be sure, and inside were multiple drivers licenses, passports, credit cards and jewelry. It looked to me like a box of stolen items. Most of my items were packed poorly and a lot of my furniture was full of scratches. Do not use this company!!!

We have used AAA Moving in the past and you could not ask for a better group of people! We have known Howard for a number of years and he has always been a man of integrity! Look no further than AAA Moving for a quality experience!

Had an estimate done and the estimate was completely different than what ended up happening and what we were charged. Owner didn't realize that it was a job that he did an estimate on and thought it was a call-in, certainly not our fault. I scheduled the move with about an 11 day notice. We were charged for something that was no where listed on the proposal and even though an extra guy showed up and made the job go faster, it still cost more than it should have because of the extra "fee". Owner was not willing to make good even though it was their error. We will not recommend these movers or use them again.
