They was doing good up until recently. Few weeks ago lost my package with my kids clothes inside and said they would reimburse me with 50 to cover the insurance not to mention the clothes was nearly a 100 and I've yet to see any money. Also had another package with more clothes for my kids it was due to be here last Wednesday and I still haven't seen it. They are blaming a sub I honestly think they are keeping the packages. Been reported to the general twice. Single mom and it's hard enough getting clothes for my kids.

Never deliver my packages, always put a card in the box and make me go get them. didn't even attempt to deliver my package today, just said "available for pick up" now I have to go get it. Sorry and lazy!!!!
