“On 25 September 2023 I visited the Millbrook Post Office to mail a book to Las Vegas via snail mail. Brittany, the postal clerk, was very helpful as she always is and informed me that my package would arrive 3 October. Took my receipt for USPS Tracking and to fill out customer service survey. Filled out survey, and followed up with personnel at Post Office to see if they had received the glowing comments I'd left. They told me absolutely nothing. Anyway I returned to this Post Office to let Brittany know that my package arrived on 27 September, an amazing 48 hours later. She was courteous, kind and always helpful with postal matters. I hope she gets this feedback. She's a great postal employee.”

“This Thanksgiving I'm grateful for Wetumpka USPS. The sender mistyped my address so my package was set to return to sender. I realized that this store closes at 12 on Wednesday but I decided to head that way to see if I could catch anyone even though they had been closed for 3 hours. To my pleasant surprise not only were there people there the day before Thanksgiving but they were more than happy to help me out. Thank you for your help today!”

“I have used this post office for years, and the staff at this post office have always been pleasant and helpful. If I didn't know the best (cheapest) way to ship something beyond a regular stamped letter, they have guided me through. They have helped me with those pesky certified mail labels numerous times.

The lady who delivers our mail is sweet and faithful. Anytime she has had to come to our door, she has been so kind and patient while I hold back the German Shepherd "guard dog".

We order a lot from Amazon, and occasionally have to put returns in the mailbox for pickup -- never had a problem. We have had countless Sunday deliveries. Thank God for this USPS.

Yes, sometimes you have to wait in line, but that is the nature of everyone trying to mail their stuff at the same time. If you can use the kiosk, use it, but if you need them to weigh your box and print a label, you have to wait your turn in line.

No office or person is perfect (neither are the rest of us), and there is always room for improvement (that goes for all of us, too), but I am thankful for the postal service this office provides.”

“I don't know what post office those people are using. But I've gotten every package on time if not early and important stuff I have tracked and it always arrives on time and when I missed a delivery they followed my instructions and it delivered on the day and time I asked for. I know they are human and you can't control traffic , lights and dealing with crazy customers but they do a great job!Thank you!”
