Took jeep for repair
Never worked on it
Said someone was test driving day before yesterday
Only to gind out 2 days later
The alternator is froze up and serpentine belt is broken
Was not broken when I took it there.

Went in for new tires for my F150. The service was awesome! It was heart warming to see house customers stopped in to chat for a few minutes. You could tell that the shop went above and beyond for their customers!

I came in because I needed help with a small tire that needed an inner tube. They knew that it was going to be hard but they still helped me anyway. They broke the inner tube that I brought in the process of putting the tire back together. They told me to buy another tube and they would put it in and wouldn't charge me at all. These folks are what makes the South a beautiful place to live.

From towing to fixing things no one else could. I left with a smile on my face and asurance in my heart that me and my family would be safe. Oh yeah, no one will save you money like Elmore Tire. Thank you Tony Baker for All you have done for me.

Tony and Steve saved the day! My family and I broke down on I65 and they were able to come tow my car from a nearby hotel first thing in the morning. My car was fixed in less than 2 hours and we're back on the road! 10/10 recommend! I can't thank them enough for their kindness and speedy service!

I had a water pump that was leaking. Needed Quick Service. Tony promiced me he could have it fixed and ready to pick up the same day. Problem solved and the tahoe is ready for a Trip to Greenville tomorrow to play golf. Thanks Tony for the best Service and Lowest prime. May the God of glory Continental to bless you.

Paid over $3500 for work to be done by a shop who doesnt care for you just your money. Once I show up to get my car it drove fine when I leave the shop but when I get home my rear left drive axle they put in is leaking fluid. So I tell them about and they wont even try and fix it saying nothing is wrong. Also bought a transmission through them and they put it in and said I needed a new transmission controller because it was slipping and falling out of gear and here we are 2 years later and my car still isnt running because of their negligence on actually doing said work correctly. Ive taken it back but they will not fix it.. so please dont go to this shop they will ROB YOU BLIND

These fellas are top knotch. I have a customer who lives down the road from them who contacted me saying she had a dead battery. I was a bit too far out to come to her right away and when I called them to see if they could help, they jumped all over it. I didn't know when she called that she was not at home, so they didn't end up needing to go, but these guys didn't ask no questions. They were just willing to help this lady and that was awesome. We need more folks like this.

Showed up at 9:30am during the posted open hours on Google. 4 employees sitting in the office and said “we are closed, Google hours are wrong.” Thanks for wasting our time.Update: Got my tire leak fixed in 10 mins at another shop. It was the older gentlemen’s rude response/attitude that inspired this review. Glad I could share my experience, and yes, feeling good!

The nicest and the most helpful people! I would highly recommend this place. Tony Baker went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe for me to drive.
