Staff member (man) unfriendly and uncaring. Took a stack of mail that was delivered to out mailbox incorrectly. Took it from me no response at all and walked away.

Never received my package and it had been opened and placed within my mailbox with the word TBT written on it whatever that acronym means. I’ve had multiple issues with the mail, including even the one Lillian of the same type of package getting stolen out of the mailbox. There’s someone within the post office because we’ll get mail sometimes on Sundays and sometimes three different times throughout the day

They arent sending my mail to my mailbox and sending it back to where it came from ive been waiting on a check and my title to my truck for 4 months and im reporting this cause they have cost me to lose stuff n money n a court date

New postal carrier for my house thinks it's ok to stuff the mailbox so full & have packages & mail hanging out with the door open. Also thinks it's ok to put packages on top of the mailbox instead of bringing the packages to my doorstep. They apparently don't care if my packages or mail is stolen as long as they don't have to turn into a driveway to take mail to someone's door. I'm sure they wouldn't like it done to them. Very rude & inconsiderate!

Had to give 1 star. I went into the office because my landlord can't find my mailbox key, I asked if the mail deliverer could call me when shes up filling the mailboxes and Ill come down (literally 1 minute away) so she can open it for me, so my landlord can change the lock. I was told not a problem, then I get a call that the sub doesnt know the area and I need to wait until Monday. Excuse me? You dont know when you're enter Plantation Harbor? Theres a gate you have to open and a very large sign....This isnt rocket science. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've had packages left at the wrong lot # & some I never received at all, one of the MOST infuriating is when I get a card in the box & a notification that my package was taken BACK to the Post Office to hold for ME to go pick up myself "PER MY REQUEST" when I've NEVER made ANY SUCH REQUEST, EVER, simply because the mail carrier is either too lazy to bring it all the way to my door per delivery instruction, or just doesn't want to get her precious Jeep dirty, because if I can go up the drive doing 15-20 mph in a 10+ year old Altima, she shouldn't have a problem making it up here in a Jeep, I mean come on, seriously. Currently, I'm waiting on package that has been labeled "out for delivery" for 4 days now, apparently just riding around town...

This is honestly is a terrible Post Office, especially for a small town. I have had an ongoing issue with a claim and had to bring my returned, damaged, collectible, items for an inspection. My claim was denied saying I didn't respond by bringing in my items for inspection, which I did and they also kept my items. I visited the Post Office to speak to the Post Master, but he isn't in on Saturday and I left a message with the other male to please have the PM call me. Gave him a week to call and went back this Saturday to follow-up. The guy I left the message request with responded with, "oh, I guess he forgot to call you"....They do not care about their customers here. The girl that works there is friendly, but other than her, you will get unfriendly service and the feeling that they only want to provide you with the least and most basic service. Also, when I picked up my items (because I just simply got tired of wasting time over a $10 claim) I received a copy of what the Post Master submitted on his claim form and there was wrong information on there anyway. That is probably why my claim was denied twice. He couldn't be bothered to step out of his office to help me when he took possession of the items to inspect and then avoided calling me when I asked for him to call me.

After paying multiple times to forward our mail/ change of address. It seems like they still can’t get it right. Here we are for the 3rd time having to request a change of address ONCE AGAIN.

My mail has been late and wrong for years and I was told I was the only one who complains about their service. No one tries to fix the problems they just say it's not their problem.

Bradley is a rock star at the Elberta branch post office. He was incredibly helpful with a delayed package going so far as loading the cumbersome package for me.
